Location was great, room was spotless and beds were comfortable. The space was much bigger than I was expecting and was perfect. The only negative was that we couldn’t find the WiFi code, so just didn’t bother connecting for being there for one night. If WiFi is important for you, I would ask before booking. Overall it was a great place to stay and comfortably slept 4.

Great location hotel and good customer service and happy team. It was a bit pricey for what you get as it was a bank holiday understandably. However pillows were like pancakes, shower pressure gave me a blood pressure as too slow and AC sometimes did not work. Overall 4 out of 5 stars

Fantastic hotel thanks to their staff! Received a complimentary upgrade, customer service was 5* even called to check everything was ok with our room. Very clean and couple of minutes walk to the tube station.

Excellent location. Arrived about 09:30 and joined hotel scheme and received early check in. Location is a few minutes stroll from Barbican underground and 10 minutes walk to St Paul’s. The only let down was breakfast, poor choice and quality of food on offer but I would otherwise recommend. There are a few choices nearby to get breakfast, especially towards St Paul’s.

Good location for us with good public transport nearby. Room was spacious and mostly clean. Only thing I would mention is that the room was extremely warm even with the window opened/fan on. We tried closing the window and putting the ac on but the room just would not cool down and this is not even during the summer.

Lovely stay at Citadines Barbican. Staff went the extra mile at check in and with luggage storage. It was a big birthday celebration for my other half too and they treated us to early check in and some treats. Highly recommend!
