Helpful staff. Great location and room was clean and comfortable. AC worked like a charm. I would definitely recommend them every time.

For an economy European hotel this place was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment génial avec un arrêt de métro au coin de la rue, un arrêt de To-ot bus à l'autre, un large choix de restaurants à distance de marche et une épicerie! Les employés sont super serviables et sympathique. La chambre pas très grande (comme partout à Paris!) mais les lits très confortables. Que de bons mots pour cet hébergement!

The good - the location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms were clean, within walking lots of cabinets to store things, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was the same everyday with a small selection, but the food was good and we had everything we needed. The bad - the hotel let us know that there was a problem with the air conditioning 3 days before we got there, but this was too late to book a decent place elsewhere at a reasonable price. They offered us a discount if we stayed, but I prepaid for the room and have not received a refund for this yet. They placed us in a smaller room than we booked so that we would have windows that opened, but did not give us any refund for the downgrade. The room was okay, even without air conditioning for the first few nights, but then Paris got hit by a heatwave and the room was reaching 35 degrees and was getting unbearable. The second last night the manager offered us 3 single rooms instead, which did have air conditioning - we took them and did get a couple of decent nights sleep.

Reception Staff were extremely helpful and lovely throughout our stay. We had a slight issue with the room we were given, the Reception Team were very understanding and managed to offer us an alternative room immediately which we were very happy with. The room was very clean and a great balcony with a wonderful view. The only constructive criticism I would give for the hotel is that the rooms are in need of an upgrade cosmetically, other than that we were happy with our stay!

Great Staff and free water refill, they were on top of fixing the A/C right away. Central location to everything.

Extremely outdated, the elevator was broken. We had to carry our heavy suitcases to the fifth floor. I booked a room for three people and we got only two twin size beds. My 17 year old son had to sleep on the floor. They said they were fully booked. The air conditioning barely worked. No one came to fix it. Extremely unpleasant experience.
