Easy check-in, friendly staff and on site parking. Lovely stay in a central location with great views of the river and Southbank.

The apartment was adequate but I have two gripes - 1. The air conditioner was not up to the task even in late autumn, it took hours for the apartment to cool only slightly, it wasn’t enough. Also the beds are rock hard so sleeping wasn’t very comfortable. Both temperature and beds should be comfortable at a minimum. The rest of the apartment is good. The layout is good albeit a little cramped in places. The kitchen is large but not fully stocked like other apartments I’ve stayed in. The shower pressure is amazing. The location is excellent - very central to everything a tourist would want to visit and public transport of all types is very close and handy.

Amazing well-located apartment. Close to everything and a large size. My only drop in 5 stars was a little mark on kitchen cupboards, the room is so huge it's not surprising that every inch could be spotless. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.

Staff, spa, room, they look after my requests, if anything happens, they compensate and communicate exceptionally well, and they go out of their way to accommodate you, no matter what.
