Kind and helpful staff :) Clean room too.

Clean, spacious for Tokyo standards and the station entrance is literally outside the hotel. Staff were accomodating although Breakfast could use some more variety especially for vegetarians.

their staff doesn't really speak english so it may be difficult to communicate when you have specific needs but check in/out is simple by following the machine so no need to talk to the staff. they have lots of free toiletries and such, even hair tools, they have an area to grab them for free (just remember to return it), you can also borrow an umbrella if it is raining. the room we got for 3 people was the family room (good for 8 i believe) so we had more than enough space for our large luggages and to put our clothes. the washroom is pretty tight but expected. there is a small dining area that we really appreciated for eating our konbini snacks/food in the morning or late at night. there were some furnitures and detailing falling off in the room and in the hallway. in terms of location, it is really close to the station and exits (3 exits near it, like 1-3 min walk) so really convenient just take note that it does get really busy during rush hour. also all 4 major convenience stores are really close, there's a daiso across the street, mcdonald's few feet down, a taiyaki place (smell's so good), and a bunch of restaurants surrounding it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location as well.

Ac was great.

Beds and pillows were very hard. Our 4th bed wasn't a bed. It was some type of couch with sheets. Overall it was clean, but I wouldn't stay there again if i had a choice.

All amenities and property was in great condition. A bit of an odor in the room but very manageable.
