I reserved a room through Expedia and arrived around 3:30 PM, after the stated 3:00 PM check-in time. When I checked in, everything initially seemed fine and I was given a room key. However, when I entered the room, it was completely unacceptable. The room smelled horrible, housekeeping clearly had not been done, the room was messy, and it even appeared to have bugs. I immediately went back to the lobby to request a full refund because the condition of the room was unacceptable and unsanitary. Unfortunately, the staff member told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to contact Expedia since I booked through them. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful after traveling. Guests should not be checked into rooms that are not cleaned or ready, especially after official check-in time.

The hotel location was too noisy due to the Moterey Rd. This road it is busy day and night.

Overall the facility, staff and amenities were good, however, it was under a flight path and some of the other guests were loud. The main highway next to it was also loud.
