The hotel is excellent and extremely clean and has spacious rooms. The check in staff was very slow and unhelpful even though the reservation was done and prepaid.

This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. It is small enough to feel intimate but large enough to have all the amenities. The spa is wonderful, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and professional. We will stay here the next time we are in Istanbul.

Very comfortable stay. Great location - near the ferry stop for the purposes of accessing the old town. Surrounding neighbourhood was lovely to walk around and had a lot of options for food and drink. Best hotel gym I’ve seen.
