酒店員方服務及態度很好，在入住時會提供小禮物，房間預備好也會致電通知，服務貼心 早餐兩天提供選擇會有小小不同，兩天都可以吃不同的食物 酒店內會提供遊戲區，可供住客遊玩，遊戲區職員服務態度不錯 房間內整體不錯，但電視位置阻礙窗外景觀，房間泡湯的位置只可容納一人，而去水位去水時會較嘈 整體來說，酒店服務令人滿意，渡過了兩天放鬆及享受的旅行

Uni-Resort Ku-Kuan is conveniently located near the commercial district and hiking trailheads. We never needed to visit the commercial district during our 2-night stay, as the resort has pretty much everything we needed, including sumptuous meals and good hot spring pools. The buffet-style breakfast and individually-served dinner were beyond our lofty expectations! We could eat there 5 days straight without getting bored! and the service was good. Measures the resort exercised gave guests confidence under the COVID-19 situation and concerns. The beds were comfortable, the noise isolation measures were effective, the in-room spa was great and the water dispenser relieved our reliance on bottled waters. It was a great and enjoyable stay for us!

5mins walk from 保佳站. Good for those taking bus to the resort. Good view! I like the outdoor and indoor spa / hot spring facilities. Although the indoor facilities are a tad run down, but overall its okay. Outdoor facilities are sparkling clean! Don think about the dead insects floating around the pools. This place is on a mountain, it is normal to have moths and insects. Besides, hot springs are a natural thing! Go as close as to nature in this resort! Imagine lying down in the hot springs pools, looking at all the hill, listening to the stream gushing down beside you. Its a great experience to be near to nature!
