Great property location with abundant parking right across from ocean on main street. The apartment was large and comfortable although dated. AC was really cold.

There was no airport shuttle provided for free as listed on Expedia. The drive there is very bumpy and winding. The driver the hotel recommended has a lot of car sickness.

Amazing stay in the DR. The location of the hotel was close to downtown. The staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has great potential and is located right across a very nice beach. But I found two cockroaches on different days in our bedroom, and the master bedroom shower and jacuzzi did not work. Also, no hot water! We had to turn on and off the shower constantly to get hot water for a bath. Asked for a credit at the front desk for this and I was told that they were so sorry, but no credit. Definitely requires maintenance and better customer service.

El hotel queda justo frente a la playa, el check in fue rapido. El apto que me asignaron no le funciona uno de los aires y lo reporte y no hicieron nada al respecto, no ofrecieron cambiarnos ni ninguna disculpa NADA. Nos toco dormir incomodos esas dos noches. Es muy triste que no les importe que sus clientes no vuelvan es mi quinta vez alli y creo que no vuelvo mas. El lugar esta muy ruidoso y si tampoco les importa mantener el funcionamiento basico de lo que incluyen los apartamentos pues ya no se puede volver.
