Hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was only 30 metres to walking street so it was very central and convenient. Only downside was it was noisy from bands playing in bars etc. Overall it was well priced with friendly staff.

Cons: The entrance of the place is a spa, so anything you are going through, they are always looking at you. It feels unprofessional, unlike normal accommodation. The bathroom smells. Like the system there doesn't handle sewage where. Throughout my stay, I couldn't breath well in the bathroom. Also no elevator.
Pros: Has Ac and the room was nice

The rooms are clean and in walking conviences to Ben Thanh market and good eateries nearby. The fee are cheap. The manager and staff is one person with limited English.
The con are nil elevator, only stairs. The Bui Vien street nearby are noisy at night.
