It was an inexpensive 3 night stay but I bailed after 2 nights. The neighbors right below my window play very loud music that woke me up at 3am two mornings and practiced drums until late the first night. It wasn’t the hotels fault but 4 hours sleep the first night and 3 hours the second was hard to deal with. The hotel had an exterminator spray the morning or the 3rd day and the smell was very very very strong so I grabbed my bags and checked out. The staff was kind and helpful.

The staff was amazing. The rooms are clean. The only problem we had was because our room was by the road, my husband wasn’t able to sleep properly because of the noise. Otherwise everything was good

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was delicious. They have an airport shuttle and the driver is waiting on you upon your arrival. The only thing is that the room is a little smaller than I like.

my first at felicity island hotel i am very pleasantly surprised by how well cleaned, stuff very helpful overall i would recommend to everyone felicity island hotel. I will definitely go back :)

Not recommended. Wifi was nonexistent in my basement room. They charged 500 pesos for a lost room key and refused to refund the money when I found the key later.
