Great staff and accommodations. Not in a highly trafficked tourist area though. Need transportation to get to major sights

Hotel was wonderful! The front desk staff (Marta and Teetsie) were very helpful and helped us settle in. The breakfast was great and had something for everyone. The room was bigger than expected, everything worked and the property was very clean. Location was good as well. Quiet at night and most attractions were in a half hour walk. Taxis were always available. Good restaurants nearby. Definitely a good choice!

AC was troublesome for us Americans. Couldn't quite get the room cool enough for us but we're used to different temperatures. The toilet paper was not plentiful enough for three people, staff was good to give us extra but we ended up stopping at the store and purchased our own since the hotel rolls are like quarter rolls. We're on extend vacation so we did utilize the laundry service, it was quicker than advertised, only draw back was that several items of clothing had tags stapled through the fabric so small holes are now present. Room was clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and we did utilize the rooftop bar which was good as well. Location was good for quick access to the train, decent walk to the Port and town central as well.
