Great Location! Front desk staff were polite and friendly and resolved any qualms I had. Hotel is in a great location close to convention centre, casino and beach. Obviously due to the age of the property the room itself is tired with clunky wooden furniture that is showing wear and tear. The room is spacious, with a big modern tv and great ocean view , however the decor needs to be updated to keep up with the times of what a modern beach hotel should look like.

Even thou the property and rooms are older they've put carpet and new lighting in and it's clean and welcoming.. the tv in my room didn't work at all, the lady at the desk went above and beyond and came up looked at it then moved me rooms which was so much better as that room was quite an old tired looking room that had nothing done on it and moved me to a better room .. think they must be privately owned..

Could not fault the staff - they were very helpful. I did have some issues with the room not set up for three adults - as I had booked. Only one bed made up and only two towels supplied. That was a bit weird. I had to go down to the front desk and get the sheets + doona + towel myself, then make up the second bed myself. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that before. Otherwise this place was ok. Smelt a bit when we first entered the room - a bit of a damp smell.
