Wonderful modern hotel - the room are spacious and comfortable with the absolute best set up for families : 4 large independent beds !

Absolutely lovely room! Very spacious, clean, big and comfy beds. Great lounge area and beautiful bathrooms. Hotel is conveniently located right next to China Town and only a short walk to the harbour. Spoilt for choice for dinner options or snacks and some good shopping too. The only downside with the room is the skylight which even with its inbuilt blind drawn across, lets in WAY to much light in the morning, which is very early if it’s the summer months.

Very convenient location & easy to find public transport ( train & bus). Good access to nearby areas. Too bad there is scheduled off for 2 hrs. of the hotel that we stay on 1st day. Space is bit small for 4 adults. Amenities are pretty new as they just opened last Nov. As the location is within China town, expect to have little street sound, even in the early morning even though already have the sound proof windows.
Staffs are all excellent & helpful + very friendly. Bravo to the staffs!

This hotel is literally in the heart of Chinatown and so dining options are endless. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Sauna area was enjoyable even for kids. Room itself (Superior Twin) was good although I didn’t understand why there was such a big step from the main space and the washroom. Full sized dining table and chairs was probably handy for some guests but takes up a fair bit of space and I wonder how many guests would use it given all the restaurants just steps away. The faucet in our room was loose - not a big deal to secure but surprising it was not flagged by the housekeeping team and repaired prior to our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at a new hotel that is continuing to iron out some operational kinks.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was kind and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable. The location is perfect. So many places to eat and shop in the area. The train station is nearby. I will be staying here again.
