Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom.

The staff all over the hotel; great service; patient, available and ready to help answer all type of querries. I checked in late and they had a bite and a drink for me. That was above surprise. I will recommend and will happily come back to Biun’s
