Staff was friendly. Room was great. Very comfortable bed. Nice to have AC. Overall, I would stay there again.

We had a great experience with excellent and quick communication from management. They made sure we were taken care of and had a great experience even though we weren't in the room much. It was a great location and we were able to get to a lot of places in old montreal by foot. We love this spot as it was our 2nd time there.

The room was smaller than we tought and we had a view on the backstreet instead of the port, but it was very comfortable and I was very pleased with how clean it was and I'm quite picky on that point.

Large, comfort room with good a/c. Very close to the river and lots of attractions. The key-less check-in seemed odd but was actually very easy and convenient.

Room was as advertised and clean. Staff were friendly. I did have to message the property just a few short hours before check-in, to obtain my room access code. It was not provided 24hrs in advance. My wife and I will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The view of the Montreal River was great, and the hotel is ideally located in the heart of Old Montreal. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

It was not mentioned that it is not a real hotel. There was not any lobby for check in. So, I was asked by a shop keeper to contact the manager. What if there was not any one there or, late check in? They provided the codes for access the room and after hour main door access but, the worst part happened on the early next day while I headed out at 5 am to the airport. The main door was closed without any pad or code. So angry. I searched for another door and I could open another door in side alley. In total, it was very clean ina very good location but needs to manage better way for check in and out.
