The location is the best in Lisbon. You step out the front door and you are right in the middle of the action, with restaurants and shops everywhere.
You will have to survive the stairs up to the lobby, but the staff is beyond helpful and the rooms (though pretty small) are very nice.
If I ever get back to Lisbon, this is where I will be staying.

The room was clean. Sometimes noisy as it’s on the main strip and next to reception. Staff were great no problems there. Breakfast was outside the hotel in a shop next door but it was a good breakfast.
The hotel is on a street that does not allow vehicles so be prepared to walk a short distance to get your transport. This was not a problem. We just never knew about it before hand.

The location of the property is unbeatable! The staff is extremely helpful and kind.
The property is on a small building so rooms as very small, manageable but small.
Because of the location and the staff I would stay here again! At the end of the day you only use the room to sleep!

Staff were amazing! Greeted us and carried our bags on arrival within seconds of walking through the door. We also loved the pastel de nata when checking in !! The room was always clean and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend more if sightseeing is your main priority on the trip as the hotel is well positioned in the centre of it all, we loved being able to a step out of the door into the heart of the city. With the noise cancellation in the rooms you wouldn’t know that you were on a busy street. We are a young couple who were on their first trip abroad alone and not once did we feel unsafe in the hotel. If returning to Lisbon we will be sure to book again.

Very convenient location and friendly staff. Living quarters are tight, especially the steep staircase up to the rooms. For someone just looking for a place to sleep this works perfectly.

The staff made the incremental difference. Shout out to Stephanie. Not a hotel for hanging out in the room but fantastic location for getting out and about.
