Staff at front desk not helpful. Everything is bare minimum. Beds uncomfortable. Not worth the cost of the hotel.

Perfect location, The staff was very helpful!

The location was great, but everything else was not ideal. I checked in late at 8pm locals time and there was nobody to check me in. Since I booked on Expedia, my name didn’t show up in the self check in kiosk. My room was never cleaned even though I asked twice for towels. My outlets randomly didn’t work one day. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, it’s fine. But overall I wouldn’t recommend.

Clean spaces, but basic amenities. We were in an inside room, which I actually loved. So much sleeping in!

The manager is the best and the employees are super helpful

The location is a perfect place for anyone wanting to explore the dozens of major attractions with 30 minute walking distance of the hotel. Of course it’s also super convenient for anyone staying for any soho activities

Very dirty. reserved and paid for a superior double room but when checking in they said they had none available and gave us a single tiny room and wouldn’t refund the difference. hotel was expensive and very dirty and moldy everywhere. no late check out and night staff refused to give two people a second towel. make it make sense

Carpet and paint showed signs of wear. Our room was likely in need of a light overhaul.

This hotel was a truly dreadful experience. We checked in on a Friday when it was 95 degrees in London only to find a room with a non-working air conditioner. I asked to have it fixed or be moved to a new room but they were unable to accommodate for the first 2 nights. This created a miserable experience with the room being barely live-able with no air conditioner. Later in the trip we needed our room cleaned and let the front desk know before noon as the signs said. Showed up to our room that evening and it hadn’t been cleaned. The staff was just like oh well we didn’t have time. After talking to the manager and assistant manager multiple times we were told we would get a 50% refund due to these issues. Now that we are home Hotels.com can’t get ahold of management, won’t return messages or calls. So not only was the actual experience terrible but now we have been lied to by the staff as well about the refund.

Perfect location for food and drinks. Easy walk to bus and the tube.
