Room was very nice and good size. Checkin process wasn’t smooth. Look out for an email the day of your stay asking to check in online. We had issues with that process, including never getting an email with the door codes so we couldn’t get inside. Once we did, the AC units weren’t working properly. Fortunately we were able to speak with someone over the phone / WhatsApp who was very helpful, but the process was challenging and not clear. Otherwise, property and room were great.

Great place to stay inside the walls! The staff is helpful and there are shops and restaurants within a few steps. Convenient. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet.
The only issue is that the WiFi didn’t reach our room and we didn’t have cell reception either. The owner said he’s only been managing the property for a month and he’s going to run a wire and an extender to the room.

Beautiful apartment. We loved the decor and everything was spotlessly clean. Location was right in the center and very convenient. Good communication.

Very satisfactory room. Clean, nice bathroom, plenty of towels. In room refrigerator with water and soda. Interesting artifacts in room. We were in the purple room, which was L shaped and didn’t have a lot of floor space. This establishment is right off one of the main shopping streets- so you get a lot of street noise. Also, the WiFi is finicky and low security. Finally, every place we stayed in Italy had hard beds and pillows. This was no exception.
Security was very strong with codes for front door and your room.

Check in was a little confusing but just a miscommunication. Beautiful room. Two large windows, comfy bed, far enough away from main street to be more quiet but close enough to feel part of the action.
