I stayed at the InterContinental dor 7 days and found the hotel to be clean and conveniently located next to Larcomar, Unfortunately, a billing issue significantly impacted my overall experience.
During my stay, questions were raised regarding my fiancée staying with me, apparently they have a schedule for visitors, I discussed the matter with hotel management and was informed that the related charges would be waived. Based on that conversation, I understood the issue to be resolved and expected my final bill to reflect that agreement.
However, upon checkout, I found that the charges had still been applied. I raised the issue because it was inconsistent with what I had been told during my stay. Clear communication and accurate billing are important aspects of customer service, and in this case my expectations were not met.
While I appreciated the hotel’s location and cleanliness, the handling of this matter left me disappointed. I hope management reviews its communication and billing processes to help prevent similar situations for future guests.

Loved our stay here! The hotel is new, stylish, and ideally located. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, and the spa is excellent. Housekeeping did a fabulous job every day. Breakfast was also very good, with fresh and tasty options. For guests staying several days, however, a bit more variety and rotation in the breakfast offerings would make the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

நல்லது Nothing special offered at 5 star hotel. Early check in extra charge , upgrade extra charge . We were paying much more than the going rate on that day but nothing more offered like extra breakfast that was not originally included. We planned to stay in the same hotel fier 2 nights on our way back to Lima but I canceled this stay. Much better prices with same amenities close by

Expedia purposely not letting customers talk about their experience with Expedia. So, I will write it here to see if it will be published. I booked an ocean view room with top price. Didn’t notice the confirmation email missing that specifics. Then the hotel can’t give us ocean view room. I called Expedia, but they refuse to admit their mistake. I checked price again. I paid much higher than the city view room. Didn’t expect that I need to keep a record maybe screen shot. Expedia is getting worse!
