It was very family friendly and a great experience

Great stay! The property featured a ton of cool amenities. Perfect for families visiting Disneyland, the wildlife park, or just looking to find a safe hotel. The restaurant on property had the best food. We were also able to see fireworks from the front of the hotel. Overall amazing experience.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in all of China and we have both been a few times. The service is outstanding. The free pick up and drop off service from Pudong Airport and Disneyland is no trouble. And they helped navigate the subway system which is outstanding too. Tip we use the Metroman apps for getting around Chinese city subways. Usual hotels allow one water a day person, they have them available all the time for free. The breakfast is outstanding. I especially loved the pug dog who is so mellow and cute. The bathrooms are modern and you can choose a Disney themed room if you wanted. The staff are so helpful and couldn’t be better. We will be returning for sure!!! They have direct messaging on WeChat which is so much better than a phone in your room as you can message for help anytime whether at the hotel or out and about. When we arrived an amazing staff member helped take our bags to our room. There is air conditioning in every room which you have control over. The beds are comfortable… not too hard and not to soft. Beautiful surroundings. Very relaxing. Highly recommended.

Loved this place !! Scheduled a time for a pickup at the airport with the front desk and arrived right at the assigned time. Arrived at the property and they were able to get us an early check in. Rooms were clean and felt homey. The included breakfast was DELICIOUS ! Definitely a big plus. The hotel also provided shuttles to and from the disney park. Overall an amazing experience, will absolutely be staying there again.

Extremely happy with this place! Definitely made for children! My daughter was just so happy the place is big, has an adorable little playground area for the children multiple little play things for kids around the resort, ride on cars for children, and the best part an adorable pug doggy that just loves everyone and plays with kids. The staff is beyond helpful and resourceful, very kind and accommodating and truly a great experience thank you will be back!

Super helpful staff and great food in the restaurant.

We stayed here during a layover in Shanghai, it was not as convenient as I hoped as the airport transfers are only available at limited hours and the hotel was very difficult to find using a public taxi. The restaurant was also closed. The staff were helpful and friendly but did not speak English. Rooms were nice, clean and as advertised.
