We stayed in this area because we heard it was one of the best. As such, we expected the hotels, etc would reflect that. This property was as bare bones as you can get. It was like staying in a tin box. No frills. Hard cold floors. Basic, cheap linens. You could not have ruined anything if you tried. Old cheap coffee maker that didn’t work. Even the small table and chairs were made of unbreakable material, not plastic, not wood. Some loud as hell material. I don’t recommend it unless you have unruly kids or a drunk partner. Definitely not for me.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de CDMX, zona de Polanco muy bonita y el apartamento muy bien decorado. Excelente relación costo precio.

Location is excellent but the apartment need better lighting at the bathroom mirror that was my wife complaining on her makeup,
The front door it never open , you have to try many times the pin is not opening fully it was very frustrating

There were things that really bothered me about our stay. We stayed in the penthouse floor which was the 16th floor. In order to get there, we had to take the elevator to the 15th floor and the. Are your luggage up the stairs to get to the 16th floor. The elevator doesn’t reach it all the way. It was also the the same floor of the gym and we were abruptly awaken by people working out before 8am making loud noises and hearing the weights hit each other during repetitions. The door also slammed and, when it did we would hear it and feel it in our room. Additionally, when we walked into the room we tried to take a shower and because the shower head wasn’t properly screwed the water spewed from the top soaking the entire bathroom. Most of the water holes were clogged prompting the water to do in all different directions. This isn’t something hard to fix and don’t understand how no one noticed the issues while cleaning the room.
