We enjoyed our stay until check out time. We paid for bed and breakfast and requested for breakfast upon check out as we had an early morning flight. Filled in the form but there was no breakfast to take away. The receptionist was confused and took our details and promised communication. Until date no communication.They could atleast have communicated or refunded our breakfast. Apart from this the place is amazing and its very convenient.

Fabulous uplifting decor, comfortable beds and bathroom, excellent customer service and the location was accessible to all of Cape Town, with several neighborhood restaurants with excellent food and drinks! We highly recommend!

Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!
