didn’t stay there
i was told hotel.com doesn’t release there payment and they don’t except hotel.com’s booking
lost my money for nothing

When we got to the hotel the manager refused to let us stay, saying that he does not get enough money from the operators, and therefore I needed to cancel my booking and pay him even more privately.
Which was rather stressful after a day of travelling, but out of principal we left.
Expedia spoke to the manager and confirmed this, and thankfully they were very understanding and helped us with the refund.
