Fantastic Central Location, But Check-In Needs Better Instructions You can't beat the location—just steps from the Pantheon! Our room was spotless and very spacious, easily accommodating four people with a king bed and two twin beds. However, arrival was fairly anxiety-inducing. Our room was in a separate annex building around the corner from the main hotel. The address we were given had zero signage or branding. We managed to reach someone on the intercom and were told to wait outside, but there was a bit of confusion until a staff member directed us to the main office down the street to get sorted. Recommendation to Management is to add signage to the annex building and specify the correct reception address for driver drop-offs. Once past the initial check-in hurdle, it was a great stay!

Hotel was in a great area of town right by the pantheon. But trevi fountains weren't too far away either. The description of how the rooms arranged were a bit misleading as we shared a common living and dining space with six other guest rooms and their people. That wasn't well described in the description. Other than that, the place was great. Had a funny septic smell in the bathroom that was unpleasant but we had to keep the bathroom doors closed so we didn't smell it in the bedrooms.
