Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the lake and sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid for an earlier check in and also a slightly later check out.

The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. Several of the staff spoke English which was very helpful. They gave excellent recommendations of where to go and what to do. Exceptional service and very clean property. There was an intern there who spoke fluent English who spent a lot of time helping us figure out our plans. Overall we were very happy! Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic hotel stay. Loved the rooftop bar and view. Great location for the bus and easy access to Seoraksan. Staff was friendly and efficient.

This is a very modern nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s an easy 10min walk to the beach and close to the express bus terminal. We were surprised by the extra fee to use the pool facilities which can be found in the fine print. To rectify, the management offered us a free one day pass which we appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
