自助入住過程順利，房間乾淨，物品齊全。不過因為後面是樹林，在大門口昆蟲較多。但整體來講CP 值高。👍

Highly recommend. Parking is free in any available stall.
Washer and dryer in suite.
Easy communication with host via email.
Would definitely stay here again.

The photo collection of this hotel are seriously misleading on the booking site. The photos appear to show a clean, bright and airy apartment when in fact the chair cushions are stained, there is only one seat in the place, and the grass on the first floor apartment deck is overgrown. There is no reason to sit outside with all of the vegetation and dirty outdoor furniture. Plus, the building sits directly next to two large tombs. That personally is not my first choice when staying in a hotel. We ended up staying some place else the first night but returned the next day as we needed to be close to Expo park. The positives are: It's directly across the street from a well-lit large hotel with a food court and Starbucks; within 3 minutes to Expo park by car; 1 minute from a Family Mart; strong water pressure in the shower.
For the other reasons listed above, I will not be staying here again. If you're on a budget and need to be close to Expo, you can probably push through and stay here. Oh, and bring your own toilet paper. What's offered is pretty low budget and rough.

Great find for apartment but a little complicated check in process with so many steps. Good kitchen facilities, bed was a little small for a small sized couple.
The toilet is separate which good but there was sewage smells and we were in the highest floor.
Overall, it’s a decent apartment

The check in process is vey confusing. The instructions are poor. 3 sets of guests were checking on around the same time. We all had issues.

சராசரிக்கும் குறைவானது Can only speak on behalf of room 202, but we were disappointed. It didn’t match the photos, didn’t have a hammock, the stove was unclean from the previous guest, and the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. Good aspects were the tranquil view and location.

The room was clean, I enjoyed my stay there. Feel very nice to have an ocean view every morning. Driving is highly recommended.

There was a very strong odor stepping into the room. Smells like animal/dogs so I thought this was a pet friendly room, but it wasn’t. The hotel deodorant our room immediately the next day but the scent remained.
Other than the odors, the location and overall property was fine. But it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Overall, my stay at Churaumi Terrace was excellent. The facility was cozy and had everything you need. The area is tranquil and the view was amazing. A convenient store is close by that is open 24 hrs, which is good as well. However, you will need some sort of transportation to get to most places. Nothing is really walking distance away.
