Nous avons été plutôt déçus de notre séjour chez Rs Porto Apartments.
Les informations pour accéder au logement ne nous ont pas été transmises spontanément : j’ai dû les réclamer seulement 10 minutes avant le check-in, idem pour les informations concernant la connexion internet.
Nous étions dans un logement au dernier étage. Malheureusement, l’ascenseur était en panne et, étant avec mon fils blessé au pied, cela a été très compliqué. Malgré plusieurs messages pour demander si l’ascenseur serait réparé ou un changement de logement, je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse.
Enfin, le logement manque d’entretien, la porte de la douche ne se fermait pas, rendant son utilisation difficile.
Une expérience globalement décevante.

Good place. No access to the pool at 3 meters from the reception. 15 euros to have access, this is excessive.

There is no information about getting in the building, had to unplug tv to shut off. Too far from town 😪 we booked another hotel and moved. Wasting money.

The apartment is outdated need to be painted and get some maintenance. The shower door dont seal that well. Needs a major paint job. The area dint feel safe at all. Parking is expensive. Internet is horrible.

Apartment was pretty good: clean, comfortable, spacious, all equipped.
However, during 2 of the 3 days we spent there, the elevator of the building was not working properly. My wife and my daughter got stuck in the elevator, even if they were using less than half of the nominal capacity of it (which was for 6 people, 250 kg).
