the hotel for some reason that has no room controlled the AC. So when the hotel did not turn on the AC, you don't have AC. However, my room was unfortunately close to a highway. By opening the window at night, it was very noise. Just want everyone to be aware of it as it was not clearly stated in the website.

Just had a hiccup at the reception during chek-in since they couldn't find the booking. It took them around 20mins to clear the issue. Rest was great.

Everything about this hotel was great. The best part was the FREE WASHER AND DRYERS they have for guest. They even supplied soap for the washer. There are on 3 of each but still good. The breakfast was excellent. The reason why it don't give it 5 stars is because there is no A/C, only heat in the rooms. If you need to cool off your room you need to open the window. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything is great! Will go back. The only improvement to make is to add something for hanging wet towels ( for reusing the towel next day/ or keeping the bathroom tidy without having to keep dirty towels on the floor when I am in the room ) and clothes for change in the bathroom.

Highly recommended. The staff were lovely and helpful. Great location, clean, hospitable and breakfast included.

Convenience to the subway station. It happened this time due to the sewage system was broken down the street, smelly when walking to the station. Once you were inside the hotel, every are nice and clean. But need to strictly enforce the smoking rules in and out. Encountered one unruly customer stood in front of the elevator on the 5th floor lobby smoking, and a fews in the front entrance of the hotel numerous times!
