This is a WONDERFUL B&B in the heart of Philadelphia. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff is kind and very helpful; the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is great! We will definitely stay there next time we're in town. And, we'll definitely recommend staying here to anyone we know going to Philadelphia this year for the country's 250th birthday (and beyond). Thank you so much for making our stay excellent.

낡은 건물일 거라고 예상은 했는데 엘리베이터가 없는지는 몰랐어요. 좁고 가파른 계단으로 3층까지 가방 옮기느라 고생 좀 했네요. 엘리베이터가 없으면 Porter서비스라도 있어야 할것 같아요. Reception staff도 온라인에 다 있다는 말만 반복하고 도와줄 생각도 없더군요. 위치도 주요 관광지와 너무 멀어서 불편했어요. 다시 이용할 생각은 없어요.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels, water bottles, glasses, and toiletries, both in the shower and bottled toiletries outside the shower. Sheets were incredibly soft and smelled so good!

Clean Roos but lacking gel in dispenser. Tv didn’t work Breakfast was very good temp in room very nice no fridge in this room.

It’s in a good district and only problem is no elevators but the Colombian receptionist Maria is marvellous and carried my bag to 4 floor !
Breakfast is good !
It’s quiet and rooms are luxurious as in your own home !
Bathroom is shared between two rooms but I had no problem getting access when needed !staff very sweet especially lovely Maria a god bless her Amin

If you advertise as a hotel you should have someone on call 24/7. Called and left a voicemail around 11 pm and there was no response.
Clearly even if you dont want to staff the front desk overnight someone should pick up the phone and answer voicemails.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The only negative thing was the parking and availability to park near the hotel. It was a few blocks away and there was nothing closer to the hotel.
