The hotel itself is nice. We were however unprepared for the traffic jams to be endured when moving from place to place.
On map a location 12km away took more than 45min.

Room was very basic condition. it was very smelly and damp smell when walked inside the room very poorly maintained. Housekeeping try their best . lot of maintenance needs to be done.

The Hotels.com map showed this hotel on Songbei Blvd just north across the river from the Snow and Ice Festival. This is false. The hotel is several kilometers to the northwest of that location and not at all convenient to the festival grounds. Otherwise, the hotel facility is good, and the staff was responsive to my requests (even with my limited Mandarin).

Service is quite slow because they were short staffed. But considering the peak festive season they should have planned for more as the hotel was fully booked. Ordered for extra blankets and pillows but didn’t come though we waited till mid night. So we had to ask them to make sure they deliver it the next day as the room was quite cold though we have adjusted it to the max.
In room dining was slow as well and had missing and wrong items brought. We had to tell them that there were missing items from the set and was eventually reluctantly topped up.

Everything is pretty Ok except some of the rooms tend to be lingering cigarette smells even though I had requested smoke free rooms.
