The location is good, beside the highway exit. parking is convenient, staff is nice. however, the design and facility is aged. but properly maintain. sky lounge is a good place for chill out.

Room was well maintained. There were only bath towels but no face / hand towel in the bath room. Staff were friendly and helpful. It has a nice sky bar. Buffet breakfast was good at myr 25 per person.

Overnight stay on business. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was disappointing discovering badly stained sheets and duvet covers when turning in for the night.

The towel is old and yellowish, but still in use. The amenities quality very bad, toilet paper is the thinnest I’ve ever seen. The manager afraid to face me when I have complaint and let me wait for 20 mins. The tiles for swimming pool has peel off, never repair. Nice hotel, bad management. Good luck!
