This hotel was so beautiful and incredibly clean! The staff were super nice and so helpful. The property is beautifully maintained. I wish we used the amenities more (but that was our own fault). Overall beautiful property!

L’hôtel est magnifique mais il y avais beaucoup de poussière malgré un nettoyage housekeeping. Le restaurant était pas mal aussi je le donne un 6/10 pour la cuisine. Planifier de venir avec une voiture ou un scooter louer , les dépôt pour leur propre scooter ou vélo sont de 4000 mxn.
Pour finir les travaux chaque matin avec le bruit qui commence à 8h les chambres sont pas insonorisé totalement

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Amazing staff ready and willing to help plan excursions, rent bikes/scooters, and their Partnering transportation service (5 stars as well). The food at the restaurant was delicious, every inch of the property was just peaceful and serene like being in your own world. Very zen! A great way to unplug from the noise of the world (no tvs) and unwind. Loved our stay. And cant wait to visit again.
