Super small but not bad at all. It could be loud at times as the hotel is on the Main Street. Slept good family Mart right next door station super close

Very comfortable, clean, no-frills accommodation. 4 day stay, serviced once in that time which is acceptable. No microwave in room, but one is available in the lobby.
Remote check in conducted via smart speaker to the top left of what would be a normal check in desk.
This property does not use keys or cards, but instead uses PIN codes to open the front and room doors - which is awesome! Ensure you have data enabled on your phone as internet is required to check in.

Location was perfect for me. Close to everything, but not within "horde central". Property is clean, but the air filters were filthy (full of dust) within the elevator and within my room. Small but comfortable room, as expected. If you need your trash collected you have to call a number. Good luck if you only have a DATA SIM. It would have been an easier Check In experience if I at least had received an email with the Lobby access code on the arrival date. I had to wait, under rain, for someone to speak remotely and open the door. After that, everything went smoothly. I would stay here again.

Not too far from Namba station. Exit Gate 7 or 5. Close to luggage transport company behind few block of the hotel building. YAMATO service.

There was no one available at the property. They probably save money on not having someone there. I had to speak to someone via a security camera.
