The place was really safe and clean. I did not take any cleaning services hence me and my family had to clean the place - throw rubbish by ourselves which we didnt mind. The apartment i booked had 2 rooms and in one of the room aircon was not serviced well. At 16degree, it wasnt so cold.

El apartamento es bastante amplio para una familia de 4. Todo es correcto pero se echa a faltar que no haya un solo armario/cajonera en ninguna de las habitaciones y los utensilios de cocina también son bastante escasos. Por lo demás todo bien.
La piscina de la azotea está genial y bien cuidada. Con personal amable y servicial.
En la zona donde se encuentra el apartamento no hay nada que ver, pero con un Grab de menos de 10RM te mueves a cualquiera de las zonas recomendadas de Ipoh y alrededores

Firstly the inside staff are nice and friendly. But this hotel has limited parking and it’s cramped. They accepted USD as equivalent security deposit which was good. The hotel is bit cramped and there are better hotels around penang, if you want to check that out. The staff ensures the room is in good condition before you leave which might irate some customers Who are not used to that. Overall all not bad.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. Security is good at this property as card required to access lift lobby, lift to go to the unit. There is also a security guard seated at the lobby every time we passed by.
There are not many food outlets nearby but with Grab of around RM8, we can reach most of the popular eateries.

Owner equipped all essential and more than hotel room can offer. Fridge, Water filter unit with hot/cold function, washing machine, basic crockery. Surprisingly she even provides detergent, and washing powder. Bed sheets are clean. Everything is above our expectation. Very unfortunate, we missed the infinity pool which was under maintenance repair.
