I was over for the Europa League final for two nights. My deluxe room was spacious and very clean. All of the staff were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. I would recommend the Sultan Hamam treatment in the spa. The sauna was incredible too. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide range of foods for all tastes .
Next time I’m in Istanbul I will definitely return. Thank you. UTV

நல்லது The cleanliness is very good .
The staff are wonderful and very helpful.
The breakfast is good.
However, the spa and the free hammam were misleading. We went five times, and each time there was an excuse because the paid service had been booked.

அற்புதம் Everything is great. The only problem is that the street the hotel rooms face is very old and noisy. Apart from that, the cleanliness, organization, and staff attention are excellent.

We stayed here for 6 days, had an average room and breakfast. First of all, all of the statt members were very acommodating and friendly at all times. The Hotel was very clean, aswell as our room was spotless. However, we really missed some hangers to put our jackets down. We also missed some space in the bathroom to put our toiletries and hairdryer, skin care products, etc. There was very little space to put things down in general. The breakfast was fine, bread was always very fresh. Overall a good stay, thank you.
