Lovely hotel centrally located but after having stayed at 5 stars all over Europe, I’d say this place has yet to learn more about what it means to provide 5 star service. As a family traveling with a 7 year old were surprised to learn upon arrival that the pool was only available from 8am-11am for our child, The concierge wasn’t very helpful or offered any insights for our stay in Porto. For a small-ish property you’d expect more personalized service. Facilities are great there is no doubt there.

Great smaller hotel with owner on site. We had 3 rooms for a family trip. Staff very helpful and hotel had a charm. Not to close to everything but not too far away. I would stay here again and I am a five star snob.

The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was very refreshing. However, one thing you have to watch out for is if you ask them to call your cab, it may cost you a little bit more because they’ll go through a licensed service for instance it cost us 5 1/2 euros to come back from the train station to the hotel but when we left the hotel in the morning, it appeared to cost us 25 euros. my advice is when you ask them to order you a cab you make sure it’s not from a private company.

Beautifully appointed hotel, with very attentive staff. Great outside space and pool. Good location 10 mins walk to the river front. Highly recommended we would stay there again

Gorgeous facilities with a beautiful back outdoor breakfast area and indoor/outdoor pool and spa area. The breakfast is amazing, and the dinner is also something that shouldn’t be missed. It truly in oasis in the middle of a busy city. The people who worked there are very friendly.
