✨️Highly Recommended✨️ The room was super clean👌 the staff were so nice they provide a free pickup service from the airport. The view was magnificent and the hotel arrange tours which is really great.

When we arrived, we were honestly a little surprised by how positive the reviews had been. Our first impression wasn’t amazing. We actually asked to change rooms so we could have what we had expected which was a front-facing room with a balcony, as the view looked much nicer. The staff were incredibly accommodating and arranged this for us straight away. However, we quickly discovered that Cairo never really sleeps. The noise from the street carried on throughout the night and we barely slept, so the next morning we asked to move back to our original rooms instead. But again they really didn’t mind and dealt with our request. Recommend you taking the back twin room if you need a quiet room. It’s large and has a decent bathroom. Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine. There was a selection of cheese, sliced meats, bread rolls, fruit, coffee, and juice each morning. Nothing overly fancy, but enough to start the day. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team we dealt with was genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They were welcoming from the moment we arrived, happy to help with requests, and created such a lovely atmosphere that it completely changed our overall impression of the hotel. The customer service was honestly the best part of the experience and probably the reason so many people leave such positive reviews. We felt so welcome we are definitely going back at some point. Mohammed and his family welcomed me with open arms! Great hotel and even better people. They never called me a customer or guest. It was always brother or family. Great location for pyramid activities. I will always stay there when I come to Cairo!

The room was as described. The stay was welcomed by all staff. The assistance on arrangements for excursion and rides was amazing. Any concerns or needs was met. Very responsive on all questions and or needs. We will be back for sure. Alot of local eats within walking distances.

The view is spectacular and everything was very clean.

I would 100% stay here again, I loved it. Being a single woman traveler I felt safe and welcomed. My first full day I had an amazing tour/experience at the pyramids with Sab. The rooms were clean and all the staff were friendly.

From start to finish, we had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. All the staff went over and above my expectations and ensured we had the best experience. Ibrahim really made sure we had the best experience in Cairo, making sure all our wants and needs were met. We were give the best experience in terms of places to visit and tour guides- all organised by Ibrahim. I feel like we made a family in Egypt and hope I can visit again someday. Thank you for your incredible hospitality and for making our trip so memorable
