Everything was really good, except hard beds and zero english was spoken. She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists.

The hotel is clean and near some food stalls but it is far away from the city center. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The only difficulty faced is the communication barrier because the receptionist does not know how to speak English. And, a reminder, the hotel provides snacks. We are required to pay if we eat but there is no price tag shown so I do not know the price. I thought it was for free but actually it is not. Other than that, everything is fine.
