The room we got looked nothing like any of the pictures on the listing. Dirty/faded furniture, peeling paint, picture frames missing, fridge had broken shelves, rice cooker was absolutely disgusting(didn't use it), blinds were half functional, the list goes on. It was a place to sleep (albeit on dirty pillows) and nothing more. Just because it is in the Landmark 81 tower doesn't mean it is luxury. I have honestly stayed at waaaaaay nicer hotels for less in Vietnam

Communication before checking in was dismal. Lucky for me, I have a brother who lives in the area and was able to communicate with the host on my behalf to facilitate the checking process; otherwise, it would be very much impossible as there was no front desk check in service. Once we checked in, we didn’t even know that we were supposed to sign in with fingerprint service to access the property. We had to ask grumpy security guard to let us in. The amenities were also lacking, no bathroom, no floor towels, no wash towels, and no hand soap. The host was responsive though once I got there so that was a plus. The unit was clean with a great view. The area was beautiful and convenient with many shops and restaurants on and around the property.

Property is not well maintained, not clean and not ready for me at the time I checked in; does not have the utilities as listed in the property’s descriptions. I will never come back to this property again.

nice location, the only bad thing is you have no key to access the front entrance...need to wait for someone to come out and sneak in like a thief
