Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you
(Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)

This is a great hotel to stay in if you’re visiting the Coventry Arena. It’s a 15 minute car drive away or an approximately 45 minute walk. The hotel has plenty of parking. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

நல்லது Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room.

Checked in late security saw me, was a proper gent. Ordered food around midnight and he brought it up to my room for the driver at the gate.

Hotel was lovely looking and the room was nice too. However, we paid a rate that was supposed to include breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. The food looked like it had been there for ages and I paid for an actual breakfast. We weren’t told there was no chef until we went down for the meal. I feel we should have been charged less as at no point were we told that breakfast was no longer an option. We ended up finding a local cafe for breakfast.

Had the pleasure of being checked in by the hotel manager. I was brought up to my room and introduced to the feature in the room which enhanced my hotel experience

Hotel was easy to find. All staff were friendly and very helpful. We were returning late in evening and night staff was prompt in letting us in.
Room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Would definitely use again

அற்புதம் Such a lovely stay for one night here. The lady on Reception couldn’t do enough for me after I explained I was having a quiet night away for one. The staff member offered to move my room to the back of the building to make things quieter for me and took the time to explain all amenities in my room. She was warm and approachable which made for a much more positive guest experience. Will definitely return again in the future.
