Fact checked for everyone!
1. room are small - erm.... i got quite a big queen room with complete facilities and tea or coffee. I booked standard queen room.
2. no hot water - water heater was available in the room but can see few defect at the water heater and the bathroom. overall was not bad
3. bedroom area condition - my room smells was normal, while bedding can see a little bit of stains. bed bugs is still there cause me scratch here n there... everything in the bedroom seems quite well function and the room I got was nice.......
4. lobby condition - was awesome nice and they make it quite a good place to hang out awhile if you want to.
reminder ! cash deposit is a must to prepare... prepare to park at outside building first for check in as there's a barrier gate will block the entrance to car park.

Incidents had to be dealt with, room cleaning staff were too lacking in manners and service to tenants, morning counter staff were polite.

The hallways were dark. The room had water damage on the walls. The bathroom floor was wet as if someone had already in use it recently. We immediately booked another hotel and checked out about 15 minutes after checking in. We do not recommend this place unless you are on a tight budget.

The pricing is very affordable. The room is reasonably clean but my friend who stayed in another room complained that the room is smelly although we have requested for non-smoking room.
