Clean room. Staff very helpful when I asked to change room from top floor to lower floor. Affordable price for the area. Only negative was no AC in the heat of the summer, but you can open the window and use the fan in the room to make it tolerable during the day.

It was an affordable option for our family of 5 in London. Very basic but perfect for our needs as didn’t spend much time in the room. It was hot in the heat wave but there were fans to try to keep it as cool as possible.

Stayed two nights. Nice beds, newly renovated bathrooms. Small room and bathroom, but ok if you only need it for sleep.

Room was really tiny and over 30 degrees all night. Had to climb 4 flights of stairs with cases. Definitely not suitable for the less mobile. Also charged extra to hold bags as room wasn’t ready. Also, paid for breakfast but didn’t get any.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The carpet was nasty and smells awful and the beds are full of bedbugs.
