Informed by staff that parking was available However, there was absolutely no parking and neighbourhood was also quite unappealing. Drove around for hours, then decided to book another hotel.

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep! This hotel is extremely loud from the road, the windows are low quality and thin which allow a lot of sound in. Not to mention the walls are also extremely thin and I could hear next doors music and TV all night. The place has no reception and wouldn’t answer the phone so I was kept awake!

அற்புதம் Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going on!very pleased with stay.

Muy limpio y agradable. Calidad precio muy muy buena. No está en el centro, pero cogiendo cercanías en menos de 15 min llegas.

It was a nice hotel and close to transport links such as the buses and metro. It was weird not having anyone to speak to when I needed help on an issue though.

If it's a bare bones price fine - this was not bare bones $ just the room.

The biggest issue was the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. Very easy to hear noise from other areas and outside even when using earplugs.

Really good value! You get exactly as you pay for.
Really clean and exactly as we needed for a one night lay over in Bilbao.
Improvements for management: put corridor lights on a sensor as they are on all evening and bright light leaked into our room all night.
