Spa and pool were a highlight. Room was very comfortable and great location! (Only downside was a worn mattress on the bed, it just sunk in the middle). Other than that, very enjoyable stay…

Cheap, clean and central!
Beds were HORRIBLY sunken and could really do with a replace, no spare pillows unfortunately, and they don’t provide extra towels at all - 2 for 2 adults staying, so if you need another to dry your hair, or for the sauna/spa you’re out of luck.
Ok, for the price… but could be improved easily with minimal fuss.

நல்லது The place is clean but set back is that there is Aircon in the rooms but this was o/come with cool weather in Melbourne. Toilets doors has no lock. And the place is Abit small for 4 occupants. There is no housekeeping services which is a let down. One saving grace is the gym and hot tub and sauna. But the location is superb and within walking distance to many nearby facilities like QVM and train station.
The booking needs to clearly highlight that my booking is without house keeping.

Next door loud music for hours each day, called the host multiple times no answer, if u need help dont waste ur time, had to knock on the door & tell them to turn it down.

The room was clean and a very good size for a family trip. It's excellently located for the free tram service and there are great cafes on the small side street next to the building. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind which was a big plus when travelling with a child. Would definitely stay there again when I am in Melbourne.

Rooms were clean and spacious, for a 2 bedroom apartment.
Staff were helpful during work hours, though not available 24/7.
Walking distance to Queen Victoria markets and the city.
