Location of the hotel was perfect for touring the city of Florence. Staff was very friendly and courteous very outgoing, hotel room and property very clean. Breakfast did not offer many choices. I would not recommend breakfast at the hotel.

Wonderful hotel with a great walkable location. The staff were very helpful and helped us arrange a taxi for our departure.

Super close to everything. We had a great balcony and the bathroom and bedroom was super clean. Would definitely stay there again
