The hostel charged me for parking dispite not being accessible due to construction.
Getting the refund turned out to be a hassle not worth it.
Both hotels.com and a&o hostels have proven to be useless when you need to fix their own mistake.
Not to mention the frustration of not being able to find a place to park the car overnight.

I had stayed here before but it must be under different management. The staff at the desk is more interested in showing you how to do the self check-in than anything else. The plug in the room fried my converter and tripped the breaker so I had no power all night and when I woke up, I couldn't even use the bathroom. I told the staff at the front desk and they just blew me off. Later I told the afternoon staff and they just told me I shouldn't have used the outlet in the room. WHAT! Why are there outlets in the room if you aren't supposed to use them. Terrible service and will not stay here again. The breakfast was the only redeeming quality but this place has no service at all. I was blamed for not having any power in my room. Don't stay here.

it’s very noisy if your room is just beside highway. I requested to move after 2 nights. and for the new room I found there was no bath towels and no soap. I requested from reception but unfortunately nobody gave me. breakfast was fair but not deserved. laundry was not good as my clothes still wet after 100 minutes drying. would not recommend.

It was about a ten minute walk to the main shopping area which included multiple food outlets.
Room was clean and cosy.

I had a lot of fun with friends, and there were a lot of good food places nearby for breakfast and dinner. Also really easy to walk to and around of.

Not great when you want to sleep because people are so loud when they come back late at night, slamming doors, banging and talking loudly at 3am. Didn't sleep much.
