Good location and good instructions assisted a late arrival. However this is not a B&B as there was no tea and coffee and no breakfast. Shared bathrooms and toilets and one of the showers was broken. There was a lot of noise from the nearby tram line. Bed was comfortable and took was clean.

There is no Air conditioner in the room. Outside temperature is 35 degree Celsius. It was very uncomfortable and feeling very bad not only to hotel, also to the city of Florence.

Door to check in was locked. Ringing the doorbell and messaging the property did not help. After waiting outside for twenty minutes after I told the property I would check in, I was able to enter as someone else left. The property manager was not at his desk when I entered either, and it took another several minutes to check in.

சராசரிக்கும் குறைவானது The room was very hot. The city was hot, but the room was terribly hot. They had fans in the room. The sheets were clean and bathroom, but under bed there was a stack of lint looks like never cleaned under bed. It was walking distance to center of town.

Conveniently located close to the train station and within easy walking distance of the Duomo, but small, dated rooms with shared bathrooms, no breakfast, no AC, and no maid service. After check-in, there's no management present on the premises should you have questions, etc. This is more of a glorified hostel than a hotel.

El personal muy amable, la habitación demasiado grande con un balcón hermoso, los baños Muy limpios.
