தனிமை தங்குதல்

Good - staff friendly. Was on top floor. Great room with bonus of a balcony with city view. Excellent location for transport links. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Poor- Bed was really " lumpy" ..... new mattress is needed. Shower not fixed to wall securely making hard to get spray in right direction. Tea/coffee making facilities provided, but no spoon/stirer.

Our stay was not satisfying overall. The breakfast was very poor with no variety, and the hotel clearly lacks maintenance — the shower leaked water outside the cabin. The only positive aspect is the location, which is very close to the taksim square.

This hotel’s rooms were clean, but the staff were extremely rude. The housekeepers started making loud noises in the hallway around 7:00 in the morning! The cleanliness of the place where breakfast was served was terrible.
