The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us.
The onsen was wonderfull. They had everything one could wish for. 3 bathes: outdoorish, indoor hot and indoor cold. They had all the creams and soaps one could need. The free ice cream at the end of the onsen was the cherry on top.
A great free washing machine.

Our room smelled like dirty feet when we arrived. After a day of opening the window, that was better. Apart from that, we liked it. The onsen was very nice and clean. I didn't have to wait to use the washing machines and dryers. The staff helped us send our luggage ahead.

This Dormy Inn was excellent for four nights. We have stayed in several now and appreciate all the little things on offer. The staff were great. Breakfast was really nice too. YMMV

Excellent! The onsen was remarkable and so enjoyable after a long day. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was fabulous. Hope to return again.
