The room was clean and gym was well equipped. The staff on the arrival floor is not friendly and welcoming. They didn't even acknowledge us. We were ignored on arrival and departure. We've stayed in other hotels in Seoul with very welcoming and warm staff.

I had a wonderful experience with the breakfast menu at the DoubleTree. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the fruit to the hot dishes, and you can really tell they put effort into quality. There were plenty of options to choose from, whether you want something light or a more filling meal. It made starting the day easy and enjoyable. I’m very pleased with the variety and freshness, and I would definitely look forward to having breakfast here again.

I wasn't happy that they charged all amenities. If you are going to charge them, you shouldn't leave them in the room. You should keep them at the front desk and provided them when the guest requested. I realized it would cost me after I used 3rd tooth brush.
